Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QRPulse ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QRPulse provides a platform for creating dynamic QR codes and tracking scan analytics. Features vary by subscription plan (Free and Pro).
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or any malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Spam, harass, or harm other users
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Create QR codes that redirect to illegal or harmful content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Subscription and Billing
The Pro plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
6. Data and Analytics
When someone scans your QR code, we collect anonymized scan data including device type, browser, operating system, approximate geographic location (city/country level), and timestamp. This data is used to power your analytics dashboard. You own your QR codes and analytics data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
QRPulse and its logo are trademarks of QRPulse. The platform, software, and all related content are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (QR codes, destination URLs).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content of destination URLs linked from QR codes created by users.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your QR codes will be deactivated and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
